IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING REQUIRED BACKGROUND CHECK: When you turn in your application on May 21, you will be given information regarding obtaining your required background check. Please do not pay to have a background check done until you have been given the information by the school, as it must be completed by the agency designated by the Technology Center. You will need to complete this immediately after you are given the information (by May 25), as you must have the results back before your interview in June. There will be a charge for the background check, which you must pay online with a credit or debit card. The price of the background check is not available at this time. If your background results reveal a discrepancy, and you wish to continue with the application process, you must bring documentation from the courts supporting any changes or explanations regarding the items in question to the interview. A clean background check is required before being allowed to enter a pharmacy as a student of the program and it is also required before a student can be licensed. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE YOUR BACKGROUND CHECK RESULTS AT THE TIME OF YOUR INTERVIEW, YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE PROGRAM. |
